Increasingly, organisations are demanding employees with digital, personal and social skills. In a rapidly changing environment, influenced by different factors not only technological and economic, but also organisational, skills such as decision-making, time management and leadership are vital for competitiveness.

One of the main barriers to achieving this goal lies in the education and training system. This has a direct impact on the labour market, both for trainers and guidance professionals as well as for job seekers. The main objective of the TrainVet4Jobs project is to offer a training model that counteracts this problem.

TrainVet4Jobs is run by a partnership of 9 institutions from 6 EU countries, based on strong relationships between partners and with a very clear network-oriented approach.

TrainVet4Jobs aims to analyse the situation and to design and validate training models for trainers and VET guidance practitioners, facilitating the development of those transversal competences that have proven to be crucial for improving the professional and personal development of trainees and employees and their employability. The basic idea of the project is described in Figure 1, where the "circle of competences" is also presented to illustrate our approach towards competences.

INNOPARES carried out the platform testing and training report as well as the evaluation report, in support of COFORA.
