Para muchos estudiantes toda su vida adulta se ha visto muy afectada por el aislamiento durante la pandemia, la guerra en Ucrania, los conflictos en medio oriente y una afluencia de casi 8 millones de refugiados desplazados afectados con traumas de guerra. Esta situaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil cuando los estudiantes, ya graduados, busquen su primer empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan estudios de la ONU, 1 de cada 6 padecer\u00e1 trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos como autismo, d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n, epilepsia, migra\u00f1as causadas por traumatismos, y muchos m\u00e1s. Aunque estos trastornos no son terminales, pueden afectar gravemente al rendimiento en el trabajo, ya que los estudiantes podr\u00edan poner en pr\u00e1ctica mecanismos de afrontamiento negativos al experimentar trastornos en el lugar de trabajo. Esto puede conducir a abandono del empleo y evitar la empleabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya os hemos ido avanzando, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/cohesionproject.eu\/\"><strong>SPECTRUM-COHESION <\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span>se propone afrontar dos problemas:<\/p>\n<p>1) los problemas de empleabilidad de estudiantes con trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos con competencias extraordinarias y<\/p>\n<p>2) la actual demanda del mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, el primer \u00e1mbito de competencias est\u00e1 cubierto por Universidades diversificadas, con un alto \u00edndice de estudiantes vulnerables que eligen las TIC facultades o universidad de negocios (<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.luiss.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LUISS<\/a>)<\/span>, o ciencias sociales <span style=\"color: #800080;\">(<a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vamk.fi\/\">VAMK<\/a><\/span>) dar\u00e1 un enfoque amplio a los estudiantes autistas y examinar sus capacidades y retos. Asimismo, los materiales formativos de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/cohesionproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>SPECTRUM-COHESION<\/strong><\/a><\/span> <\/span>son herramientas adicionales para mejorar los canales de empleo de las universidades.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo \u00e1mbito participan Innopares, <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.editc.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EditC<\/a><\/span> y V-Systems. Estas empresas cuentan con una larga trayectoria de cooperaci\u00f3n en el entorno empresarial y experiencia en las necesidades de empleo. La cooperaci\u00f3n entre las Universidades y PYMES aportar\u00e1 la respuesta a las necesidades de los estudiantes vulnerables. Hoy hemos estado debatiendo sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n de un manual para para empresarios.<\/p>\n<div>Actualmente, el proyecto se encuentra plenamente inmerso en la fase de <strong>pilotaje de la formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que incluye tanto una gu\u00eda como distintos cursos dirigidos a entidades educativas y empresas. Seguiremos compartiendo nuestros avances en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas y, muy pronto, os presentaremos la <strong>nueva web del proyecto <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/cohesionproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\"
