In November 2024, the CAREER COMPASS project will embark on a transformative 30-month journey to to support individuals at career crossroads and those seeking employment, especially those in vulnerable positions<\/strong> This Erasmus+ project (2024-1-FI01-KA220-ADU-000243871) aims to empower participants by providing them with a comprehensive training program and toolkit designed to identify career paths, skills, and opportunities. The project recognizes the diverse needs of learners and offers customizable training areas, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support. Additionally, user guides for learners and trainers will enhance the effectiveness of the training, making it accessible and practical for all involved.<\/p>\n

The implementation of CAREER COMPASS involves the development of several key activities. Initially, the project, in its work package 2, will focus on discovering and identifying experiences, wishes, and best practices in job search and career training. This will lead to the creation of a solid training framework and a guide with valuable recommendations. Subsequently, in the development phase, the training program and toolkit will be created within the framework of work package 3, covering essential skills, competencies, and career identification strategies. To ensure the sustainability of the project's results, pilot training sessions will be conducted, along with the training of trainers (work package 4). User guides will be developed based on these experiences to support both independent and trainer-led learning. Finally, the project will actively promote and communicate its results to reach a broader audience.<\/p>\n

At the end of the project, CAREER COMPASS expects to achieve significant results. These include a comprehensive training framework and guide that identify challenges, opportunities, and needs in career development<\/strong>. The training program and toolkit will provide participants with the tools they need to navigate their career paths effectively. User guides for individuals at career crossroads and those seeking employment will offer ongoing support, while guides for trainers, counselors, and employment facilitators will ensure the effective delivery of training.<\/strong> Through these efforts, CAREER COMPASS will have a lasting impact on the lives of many, helping them achieve their career goals and build a more secure future.<\/p>\n
